Officially incorporated in 2005 as Fayette Homeowners Association Management LLC.  Starting as a HOA management company, It wasn’t long before the name did not reflect the capabilities of the company.  Folks began to request other services as well so in 2006, FHAM became Summit Property Services. 

Randy has volunteered to serve Stonebriar communities as the Finance Committee Chairman since 2001.  Out of this service grew the desire to serve more communities.
